Building Stronger Bones Pilates is a specialized Pilates exercise class taught by Amanda B. Smith. This workout helps to improve your posture awareness, flexibility, core strength, and overall strength and balance. The class includes strengthening exercises, weight-bearing exercises and posture/balance awareness exercises using the Pilates method. It is a great place to start your Pilates journey. It is recommended that you start with the Pilates Fundamentals workout before moving on to this workout.
