This class is designed to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, flexibility and balance. It is recommended that you master the introductory and beginner classes BEFORE moving on to this class. You can use a yard stick, golf club or broom stick handle.
LEVEL – BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE
