This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is an invigorating Mat Pilates workout using a 3-Foot Wand. The wand can be used to both enhance and advance your Pilates exercises. This class is designed to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, flexibility and balance. It is recommended that you master the introductory and beginner classes BEFORE moving on to this class. You can use a yard stick, golf club or broom stick handle.

Your mind and body. The goals of this class are to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, flexibility and overall body strength and balance. It is highly recommended that you work through the introductory and beginner classes before trying out this class.
