This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is an invigorating Mat Pilates workout using a 3-Foot Wand. The wand can be used to both enhance and advance your Pilates exercises. This class is designed to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, flexibility and balance. It is recommended that you master the introductory and beginner classes BEFORE moving on to this class. You can use a yard stick, golf club or broom stick handle.
LEVEL – BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE
This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is a fun Mat Pilates workout using the half or full foam roll. We will use the foam roll to improve range of motion in the shoulder and spine, improve abdominal strength and release the tightness in the muscles with some foam rolling.
