“BAND-TASTIC” Barre

This is an energetic Barre workout using a looped resistive band. We will work our way through the class with intervals of cardio, lower body strengthening and upper body strengthening using a looped resistive band. You will definitely “feel the muscles working”!

This is a fun class combining the core strength, flexibility and balance of Pilates with the energetic movements of Barre! Join Amanda B. Smith in this 30-minute class. We will start by strengthening and lengthening the core with our Pilates moves. Then we will pump up the energy and the strength of those legs with our Barre segment. You only need a mat, some pumping music and your smiling face.
