This is a 30-minute workout to help those who have scoliosis.
Scoliosis, or an abnormal curvature of the spine, can lead to weakness on one side of the spine, tightness on the other side and multiple muscle imbalances throughout the body.
Join Amanda B. Smith as she leads you through this 30-minute workout designed to lengthen the tighter side, strengthen the weaker side and re balance the body. The workout uses a 65 cm Exercise Ball.
