This is a 30-minute Pilates workout designed for recreational and competitive CYCLISTS. This workout taught by Amanda B. Smith is a great cross-training tool for those who hit the road as a competitive or recreational CYCLIST. It is also a complimentary workout for those who love to ride their indoor bike.
