The Intermediate Mat Pilates Workout
This is an intermediate level Mat Pilates class taught by Amanda B. Smith. This workout flows through some of the intermediate level Mat Pilates exercises. The class is designed to challenge. Your mind and body. The goals of this class are to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, flexibility and overall body strength and balance. It is highly recommended that you work through the introductory and beginner classes before trying out this class.
