Pilates for DANCERS AND GYMNASTS
This is a 30-minute Pilates class for the athletic dancer and gymnasts. This intermediate to advanced class lead by Amanda B. Smith leads participants through Pilates exercises that challenge the abdominals, upper body and balance. Dancers and gymnasts are typically very flexible and mobile. This workout helps to develop stability and strength to help with the sport of dancing and gymnastics.
