Health coaching that actually sticks

Health coaching helps bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, through guidance, accountability, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Is health coaching right for you?

Are you ready for a real, lasting change? You might be a great fit for health coaching if any of these sound familiar.

  • 01

You've lost weight before but struggle to keep it off.

  • 02

You think you're eating right and exercising but don't see the scale change.

  • 03

You've been told by a doctor to exercise and eat better but don't know where to begin.

  • If you answered “yes” to any of these, health coaching may be a supportive step toward a healthier lifestyle.

What it actually is

A partnership, not a program you're handed

Health coaching is a supportive partnership between you and your coach that helps you create sustainable changes for a healthier, happier life. As your health coach, Amanda brings practical and creative strategies to help you:

  • 01Clarify what you want
  • 02Explore different options
  • 03Strengthen personal accountability
  • 04Take action toward a healthier, stronger you

Unlike many programs that focus only on calories, restrictions, or rigid rules, Amanda's approach to one-on-one health coaching is flexible, enjoyable, and built around what works for you.

Working one-on-one with Amanda

Built for feeling your best every day, not for a six-week sprint

Coaching runs alongside whatever else you're doing, classes here, a walk with a friend, the plan your doctor already gave you. Here is what working together looks like.

  • A physical therapist's read on movement

Thirty years of clinical experience means the exercise half of the plan is built for the body you actually have, including the knee, back or shoulder that has opinions about it.

  • A plan shaped around your week

Not a template. What you eat and when you move gets designed around the schedule you already keep, because that is the version you'll still be doing in six months.

  • Accountability without the lecture

Regular check-ins, honest conversation, and adjustments when life gets in the way, which it will, and that is planned for rather than treated as failure.

  • One person, start to finish

Amanda coaches every session herself, the same way she teaches every class herself. You are never handed off to somebody who hasn't met you.

  • Scheduling and fees

Coaching is arranged directly with Amanda rather than booked from a menu, so the length and rhythm of it can suit what you're working on. Send her a note and she'll walk you through how it works and what it costs.
