The scheduling, purchase and refund terms that apply to every class, appointment and package at ABS Pilates.

Cancellation Policy

All clients are able to cancel classes and/or appointments without penalty unless one of the following occurs:

1. The client does not show up for scheduled class or appointment.
2. The client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or appointment.

If one of the above situations occur the client will be charged one session from his/her package.

Purchase Policy

Clients MUST purchase their next package by their final paid session to keep future class and appointment reservations. Text reminders will be sent, and prompt payment ensures your spot in upcoming classes and appointments.

• All REGULAR packages will expire 6 months from the day of purchase
• December Specials will expire 3 months from the day of purchase
• New Client 2 CLASSES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE (Introductory offer) expires 1 month from the day of purchase

Expiration of packages can be disabled due to medical conditions that prevents client from participating in the exercise program. This term is at the discretion of ABS Pilates management and may require physician note to enable this condition.

Return / Refund

All packages and sessions are NONTRANSFERABLE and NONREFUNDABLE.
