Where to start

You do not need to know which class you want. You need to know which one is on the calendar.

Every class below runs on the same weekly schedule and the same session passes. Most are beginner to intermediate, so if a time works for you, the class will too. Amanda shows a modification for every exercise, in every class, every time.

If you are brand new to Pilates equipment, start with Pilates Tower classes in Sunbury or the Restorative Reformer class. If you have some experience and want the fullest workout, look at Reformer classes in Sunbury or the Reformer & Tower combination.

The studio is in Sunbury, minutes from New Albany and Westerville and an easy drive from anywhere in the Columbus area.

    Reformer

Your classical Reformer class with a few modern twists. The Reformer is the most popular piece of Pilates equipment. It looks like a leg press, but springs give the resistance and the configurations are endless. Exercises happen lying down, sitting, standing, pulling straps, pushing the foot bar or in a plank.

    • Very versatile
    • Deconditioned to athletic
    • Trains the whole body
    • Adapts around a knee, back or neck problem

    Mixed Pilates Equipment

Work from the inside out as you build a strong core, lean muscle, flexibility, posture awareness and balance. This class combines the Tower, the Reformer and the Exo-Chair, sometimes two pieces, sometimes all three. “It is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will get until you open it up.” Beginners and advanced clients share the same class; modifications and variations are always offered.
