Pilates for People with KNEE PAIN
This is a 20-minute Pilates workout lead by Amanda B. Smith for those who are recovering from an injured knee or are experiencing pain under the knee cap or in the knee joint. It is designed to improve strength in ALL of the muscles in the lower extremity, especially the hamstrings and glutes. It works on recovering balance and proprioception and hip strength and stability.
