“Ring Around” Pilates Workout
This is a Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith. It is a stimulating Mat Pilates workout using a Pilates Ring or “Magic Circle”. The ring is a tool that can be used to both enhance and advance your Pilates exercises. This class is designed to improve abdominal strength, posture awareness, total body strength, flexibility and balance. It is recommended that you master the introductory and beginner classes BEFORE moving on to this class.
