Two classes for the price of one

Come twice, on any two classes on the schedule, and decide afterwards. No membership, no auto-renew, no phone call to get out of it, if it isn't for you, you have spent $35 and learned something about your back.

$35 · 2 classes · $17.50 each

One per new client. Both classes are valid for 1 month from purchase and can be used on any class type, Reformer, Tower, Chair or Mat.

In-studio group classes · capped at 7

Class passes

One price covers every group class on the calendar, Reformer, Tower, Exo-Chair, Mat and the combinations. Buy a single class or a pack; passes are drawn down as you book.

A thorough assessment with a licensed physical therapist of 30+ years: what is going on, what is likely causing it, and what to do next, tailored exercise recommendations, or a straight answer that you need a physician first.

30 Minutes Menopause Coaching

Amanda holds a Menopause Support Coaching certification alongside her ACE health-coaching credential. This session is arranged directly with her. It isn't on the online booking calendar, so send a note and she will find you a time.

On-Demand is a streaming subscription rather than a class pass, so it lives on its own page with its own checkout. Start on the free week; the paid tiers only matter after that.

Before you buy

What every price includes

All apparatus and props Reformers, Towers, the Exo-Chair, mats, straps and small equipment are provided. Bring water and something you can move in.

A class capped at 7 The studio has seven Reformers and one instructor, so classes never grow past seven, which is also why popular times fill.

Pre-purchase, then book Class credits are bought before the class or session time. Buying here creates your WellnessLiving account, which also runs the app and your schedule.

24-hour cancellation Sessions fill quickly, so please give 24 hours' notice. Charges apply only for a no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours. Full terms are in the studio policy.
