ABS Pilates is Introducing a Brand New Class – Power Arc

ABS Pilates of Central Ohio, serving Sunbury, Westerville, New Albany, Columbus and Gahanna is offering a brand new class to the Pilates equipment class schedule in January 2017.

ABS Pilates will be offering a class called Power Arc.  It is a fun class using a piece of Pilates equipment called the Arc, made by Balanced Body.  The Arc is a similar to the Step Barrel.

This fun class is designed to improve the strength and flexibility of the spine in almost all the ways the spine is designed to move…flexion, extension and side bending (or lateral flexion).  It is a fun way to gain “killer” abdominal strength and correct all those muscles imbalances in the torso that often lead to injury.

The Power Arc class is a great addition to your Pilates routine.

ABS Pilates of Central Ohio will be trying out this class throughout the month of January to give everyone the opportunity to try out this unique class.  It will be offered at 11am several Mondays in January.  It will also be offered in conjunction with the Barre class on Sundays at 4pm.

All classes are lead by Amanda B. Smith, licensed physical therapist, certified Pilates instructor, ACE certified group exercise instructor, McKenzie certified therapist, with more than 25 years of experience.

So don’t delay sign up for the classes at www.a-b-s-pilates.com
