New Online Video Classes in February

I have added three new Online Mat Pilates Classes…..One is a 20-minute beginner Pilates class in a chair, the second is a 20-minute Intermediate to Advanced Mat Pilates class to get you moving and the third is a class designed to improve bone strength for those diagnosed with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia or those people wanting to take steps to avoid these diagnoses.  Take a look at the descriptions below and sign up now to keep your body strong and mighty……

 

 

  1. ABS Pilates – 20-Minute Beginner Pilates in a Chair:   View Video

 

DESCRIPTION – This is a 20-Minute Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith.  The workout is done seated in a chair or standing behind the chair.  It introduces participants to beginner level seated and standing Pilates exercises.  It is designed to improve posture awareness, functional strength and balance.  It is a great choice for those who have a challenging time getting up and down off the floor.

 

LEVEL – INTRODUCTORY TO BEGINNER

This is a 20-minute Mat Pilates exercise video lead by Amanda B. Smith.  This workout is a quick 20-minute workout designed to get your body loosened up and ready for your day.  The class is designed for those participants ready for intermediate to advanced Mat Pilates exercises.

 

LEVEL – INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED

 

  1. ABS Pilates – Building Stronger Bones Pilates:   View Video

 

Do you have OSTEOPOROSIS or OSTEOPENIA, or do you want to take measures to help prevent bone loss?  Well this is the class for you.  Building Stronger Bones Pilates is a specialized Pilates exercise class taught by Amanda B. Smith.  This workout helps to improve your posture awareness, flexibility, core strength, and overall strength and balance.  The class includes strengthening exercises, weight-bearing exercises and posture/balance awareness exercises using the Pilates method. It is a great place to start your Pilates journey.  It is recommended that you start with the Pilates Fundamentals workout before moving on to this workout.

 

LEVEL – BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE
